Mother Earth's Infamous Infused Mac & Cheese

Mother Earth you're a genius. That's probably some of the best Mac & Cheese I've tasted. Just like my mama & that's crazy. -Jasmine

That's one of the best reactions I've received off something that I made and it makes me proud because that's my goal: To do it just like mama would have. You can't just eat anyone's Mac & cheese. When you younger those box mac & cheese were the best things on earth. At that point in your life nothing could possibly top your favorite meal or dinner side after a long day of playing outside. It was just like living the dream. But once you grow up in age you start to get a chance to eat with the adults and it's like all your tastebuds change. The grown up food was so much better. I remember the first time I put my fork into some homemade mac & cheese - the ooey gooey creaminess of 5 different cheese and the crust on top from being put into the oven, I think I truly died and went to heaven at my mama kitchen table. From that day forward Mac & cheese has always been one of my favorites especially during the holidays. Now you telling me that I can make my "grown up" meal even more adult by adding some cannabis to it. That changed the game. Let me show y'all how to make an infused mac & cheese that's going to leave you full, satisfied & medicated.

Mother Earth's Infamous Infused Mac & Cheese

Section 1: Ingredients

Below is everything you need to get started.

  • 1 lb elbow macaroni

  • ¼ cup canna-butter

  • ¼ cup of butter

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • 2 cups whole milk

  • 1¼ cups of half & half

  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup of mozzarella

  • 1/2 jack cheese

  • 2 tsp Mother Earth Garlic Pepper

  • 2 tsp Mother Earth Cajun Seasoning

  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Section 2: Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook macaroni accruing to box recommendations.

  2. Add butter to skillet, when it melts whisk is flour. Continue whisking flour until fully mixed with butter. Let it sit for min to get rid of flour taste. Slowly add milk followed by the half & half. You don't want a lumpy mixture. Simmer about 5 mins until mixture slightly

  3. Add Mother Earth Seasonings & onion powder. Bring to a simmer and stir in the cheese and continue stirring until everything is melted and evenly combined

  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pot, stir evenly to blend well. Leave it like that or place it in the oven so you can add a little crust.

  5. Now EAT !! You have just witnessed perfection. The best and easiest mac & cheese recipe you'll find. I promise you that.
